We Help Companies Find New Sales Opportunities

Wace, the Wiltshire-based printing company with 90 staff, has been acquired by Ringdark after briefly going into administration.

Photobition, the media services company, has abandoned its £80m takeover bid for Wace, but has announced the acquisition of Service Visual Communications for £11m.

Jarvis Porter has acquired Wace Corporate Packaging, the manufacturer of board cartons and vision packaging, from Wace Group for £5.5m.

Wace is selling most of its UK printing business to Electra Fleming for £53m, in order to eliminate borrowings and focus on pre-press graphics and imaging.
