Sytner Group has acquired Isaac Agnew Group, the chain of 16 car dealerships in Northern Ireland with 800 staff, for undisclosed terms.

Sytner is to acquire the Maidenhead BMW and Mini dealerships of Pendragon for undisclosed terms, with the transfer of up to 60 staff.
