Signum Circuits, the Selkirk-based telecoms company, has been bought out of receivership by a management buy-out for undisclosed terms, saving 94 jobs.

Signum Circuits is planning to create a further 100 jobs in Selkirk over the next 12 months, as it takes over the former Viasystems site.
