Raymarine is to relocate its Portsmouth-based marine electronics business to Segensworth, while Pall Europe will take Raymarine's existing 77,000 sq ft office at Marine House.

Raymarine is in negotiations to set up an office at the former 125,000 sq ft Johnson & Johnson site in Portsmouth, in order to relocate from two existing sites at Anchorage Park and Key Point.

Raymarine is planning a flotation by the end of the year with a valuation of up to £125m, in order to help expand its navigation equipment business.
