Pochin has acquired Jack Hobbs, the Redditch-based supplier of heating and plumbing equipment.

Pochin Plant has acquired Raynesway Concrete Plumbing, which has depots in Bellshill, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle, for £2.4m.

Pochin has won a £15m contract to build a pharmaceutical production facility for Evans Vaccines in Speke.
