Norman Hay is to relocate its Coventry-based chemicals and sealants business to a 38,650 sq ft unit at Lyons Park by July.

Norman Hay has sold BK Engineering, its Leighton Buzzard-based precision machine and sheet metal business, to management for £0.1m.

Norman Hay has acquired PMD Engineering from the PMD Group, and will relocate some of the business from Coventry to its Plasticraft division at the Cannock Process Engineering Centre.

Norman Hay has acquired three Oldbury-based engineering businesses from ERG Environmental Resource Group - Lancy Water Engineering, ERG Process Plant and Ardox Engineering.
