NG Bailey is to relocate its London-based building services business to a 17,000 sq ft office at Derwent London's Angel building in September.

NG Bailey has acquired S2S, the Crawley-based IT services firm, for undisclosed terms, in order to expand its Bailey Teswaine communications and network security subsidiary.

NG Bailey has acquired Integrated Control Systems, the Wokingham-based supplier of building management systems with 100 staff.

NG Bailey has acquired Johnson Brothers, the Leeds-based ceiling and plasterwork contractor with more than 100 staff, for undisclosed terms.

NG Bailey has sold its switchgear and instrumentation business, which is based in Bradford and employs 275 staff, to Powell Industries of the US for undisclosed terms.

NG Bailey is creating 50 new jobs, having won a number of mechanical and electrical building services contracts in the North-East.

NG Bailey is to set up a new £2m regional office for its building services business at the Wynyard Business Park in Hartlepool, where it will employ about 50 staff.
