Findel is to sell Kleeneze, the Accrington-based home shopping business, to US-based CVSL for £3.6m.

Findel is to sell NRS, the Leicestershire-based supplier of equipment to the healthcare sector with 500 staff, to private equity firm LDC for £24m.

Findel has sold its Choices Group UK home entertainment products business and its Webb Ivory Burton consumer mail order division to Endless for a nominal sum.

Findel, the home shopping firm, is to open a 213,000 sq ft distribution centre at the new Burnley Bridge Business Park at Pollard Moor in autumn 2010, with the creation of 120 jobs.

Findel is to buy the Peterborough-based music wholesaling division of ChoicesUK out of administration for undisclosed terms, securing 330 jobs, and the business will be sold on to Webb Group.

Findel has acquired The Cotswold Company, the home furnishings and accessories supplier, for £0.1m.

Findel has bought a number of European Home Retail businesses out of administration for £34m, including Kitbag sports, I Want One Of Those gifts, the remaining 40% of Home Farm Hampers and Kleeneze UK home shopping.

Findel has acquired Letterbox Mail Order, the Cornwall-based mail order and online retailer of children's gifts and toys, for £7m.

Findel is to acquire GLS Educational Supplies for £27m, in order to expand its educational supplies business in the London area.
