DTZ is to acquire Cushman & Wakefield, the property services firm with offices in London, Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester, from Exor for £1.3bn.

DTZ, the London-based property agency, is to be sold by UGL to a consortium led by TPG Capital Management for £650m.

DTZ is said to be planning to relocate its property services office in London's West End to Curzon Street next year.
