Daisy Communications is to recruit 100 additional staff at its Nelson-based telecoms business by the end of the year.

Daisy Group has acquired BNS Telecom, the Northumberland-based mobile phone reseller with 212 staff, for £10m.

Daisy Group has acquired Managed Communications, the Nottingham-based supplier of business data networks, for £6.5m.
