Bridgepoint and 3i have sold Templecare, the nursing homes operator, to Minster Care Management for £15m.

Bridgepoint has backed the £72m management buy-out of First Credit, the consumer debt firm.

Bridgepoint Capital has acquired a majority stake in Robina Care Group, the Bath-based operator of 51 nursing homes, for £35m, and Bank of Scotland is to provide a further £15m to fund acquisitions.

Bridgepoint is to support a £21m management buy-out at Euronet Services (UK), the operator of 700 cash machines, and the business will be expanded under the new name of Bank Machine.

Bridgepoint Capital is to acquire Toman Group of Germany for £80m and merge the business with its IMO Car Wash operation, creating one of the world's largest car-wash operators with 800 sites in 12 European countries.
