All Saints, the chain of 62 fashion stores and 45 concessions, has been acquired by a consortium led by Lion Capital in a deal estimated at £105m.

All Saints is to open eight new fashion stores, including outlets in Birmingham, Brighton, Leeds, Newcastle, York and three in London.

All Saints has secured £30m from Lloyds TSB Corporate Markets to fund the expansion of its chain of fashion stores in the UK and abroad.

All Saints is planning to open four new fashion stores of about 3,000 sq ft next year, and is also looking at a further eight locations.
