Yo Sushi Yo Sushi, the chain of 41 sushi restaurants, has undergone a secondary management buy-out backed by Quilvest Private Equity for an estimated £50m, and plans to reach 100 outlets by 2012. 12-Mar-2008 Yo Sushi is planning to expand its chain of 34 restaurants to 50 over the next year, having secured £17m of new funding from Barclays. 19-Dec-2006 Yo Sushi is to expand its UK-based chain of 17 restaurants with four new sites this year. 18-Apr-2005 Yo Sushi is to undergo a £6.5m management buy-out backed by Primary Capital, and its chain of 15 UK restaurants will be doubled. 03-Sep-2003 Yo!
