Timpson, the chain of 800 shoe repair outlets, has raised £3.1m to refurbish its head office in Wythenshawe and to convert the Maelog Lake Hotel on Anglesey into a holiday home for staff. 05-Mar-2009 Timpson is to expand its chain of 565 shoe repair branches with 30 new outlets over the next 12 months, while more than 100 outlets are being refitted at a cost of £1.5m. 26-Oct-2006 Timpson has acquired Minit UK, the owner of Supasnaps, Sketchley cleaners and Mister Minit, taking its total chain to more than 1,000 outlets. 12-May-2003
