SBS Logistics SBS Logistics, the offshore logistics firm with 400 staff in Aberdeen, Shetland, Great Yarmouth and Heysham, has been acquired by Peterson Offshore Group of the Netherlands for undisclosed terms. 11-Mar-2008 SBS Logistics has acquired Seaforth Maritime, the Aberdeen-based oil and gas logistics company with 135 staff, for undisclosed terms, which will result in SBS moving its head office to Waterloo Quay in April. 07-Feb-2006 SBS Logistics has won a £25m five-year contract to provide onshore services for the Team Marine consortium of four oil companies operating in the central North Sea. 02-Dec-2003 SBS Logistics, the offshore services company, is to create about 30 jobs in Shetland by operating two dedicated cargo vessels every day between Aberdeen and a distribution centre in Lerwick. 29-May-2001 The information above comes from the UK Activity Report Copyright UK Business Park 1995-2008
