Richardsons Westgarth, the steel stockholder, has agreed to a £25m takeover from German-owned ASD. 02-Dec-1999 Richardsons Westgarth is to sell Steel Supplies and Armstrong Plate to a new company called Fantastic Addition for £2.2m. 28-Aug-1999 Richardsons Westgarth has relocated its Hilton Steels stockholding business from Wolverhampton to the site of its Biddulph-based James & Tatton subsidiary. 16-Apr-1999
