Rigblast is to merge with MacGregor Energy and Mach-Ten Offshore, creating a combined Aberdeen-based oil services group called RBG with 2,500 staff. 13-Dec-2004 Rigblast is to acquire Meaux Services of Texas for £5.5m, in order to expand its oil industry support services with the creation of 200 new jobs, including 100 in Aberdeen and 100 in the US. 13-Dec-2000 Rigblast of Aberdeen is to create up to 400 jobs, having won contracts worth £20m to supply maintenance and support services to the North Sea oil and gas industry. 17-Mar-2000
