Portmeirion Group has acquired the rights to manufacture Royal Worcester and Spode crockery out of administration for £3.3m. 27-Apr-2009 Portmeirion has bought Pimpernel, the Consett-based tablemat company, out of administration for £0.3m, but may not retain the remaining 20 staff. 17-Oct-2006 Portmeirion is to set up a new 60,000 sq ft pottery distribution centre at Trentham Lakes in Stoke-on-Trent by early 2007. 29-Dec-2005
