Renfrewshire Council has approved plans from NHS Argyll & Clyde for the development of a £7m 3-bed secure mental health unit at Dykebar Hospital in Paisley. 12-Jan-2006 NHS Argyll & Clyde, the health board with debts of up to £100m, is to be scrapped and its responsibilities divided between NHS Greater Glasgow and NHS Highlands. 23-May-2005 NHS Argyll & Clyde has selected Dykebar Hospital in Paisley as the site for a new £7m secure care centre for the west of Scotland. 24-Mar-2004 NHS Argyll & Clyde is to invest more than £2m in mental health services, including a new dementia assessment centre at Dumbarton Joint Hospital. 17-Dec-2002
