NetBenefit has acquired Easily, the provider of domain name and hosting services, for £2.5m. 25-May-2004 NetBenefit is seeking acquisitions in continental Europe in order to expand its domain name registration business. 27-Mar-2000 NetBenefit, the provider of internet domain names, has acquired NetNames in a £20m deal, and has also announced plans to raise £3.3m in a share placing. 11-Dec-1999 NetBenefit is planning to raise £4.5m in a share placing in June in order to fund the expansion of its internet domain name registration business. 17-May-1999
