Matrix Healthcare is to acquire nursing home operators Newsham of Gloucester and Woodland of Torquay for a total of £2.5m. 20-Jan-2004 Matrix Healthcare, the nursing homes group, is to write off £350,000 following its failed attempt to acquire a larger company. 26-Mar-1998 Matrix Healthcare has acquired the Allambie Court nursing home in Nuneaton for £820,000, as well as the Nightingale Residential Home in Bradford for £350,000. 13-May-1997
