HHG is to sell four closed life assurance brands, including Pearl, London Life, NPI and National Provident Life, to Life Company Investor Group for £1bn. 13-Dec-2004 HHG is to close its London Life insurance office in Bristol next year, with the loss of 100 jobs, in order to transfer the work to its site in Peterborough. 01-Oct-2004
