Hella of Germany is to spend £27m building a new factory in Banbury to make car headlamps, creating 300 jobs. 13-May-1996 Valeo of France and Hella of Germany are to co-operate on the supply of replacement car headlamps to the UK in a move which will squeeze out smaller companies. 02-Feb-1996
