Enterprise Oil

Shell is to acquire Enterprise Oil, the exploration company operating in the North Sea, Norway and the Gulf of Mexico, for £3.5bn, and up to 400 jobs will be lost at Enterprise's offices in London and Aberdeen. 03-Apr-2002
