Caldeira of Knowsley has bought Fabric Warehouse, the chain of 14 homeware stores, out of administration. 15-May-2008 Caldeira, the Merseyside-based cushion manufacturer, is to open a factory in China. 02-Aug-2004 Caldeira is to open a new £1.5m cushion factory on the Knowsley Business Park in January with the creation of up to 100 jobs. 16-Dec-2002
