Caledonian MacBrayne is looking to relocate its Gourock Pier headquarters and 130 staff to another part of Inverclyde over the next three years. 31-Jan-2007 Caledonian MacBrayne has confirmed plans to transfer its seagoing staff to a new Guernsey-based subsidiary, in order to compete with offshore companies when the Scottish Executive puts ferry routes out to tender. 30-Dec-2005 Caledonian MacBrayne has won approval from the Scottish Executive to build a new £2m ferry terminal in Oban. 31-Dec-2003 Caledonian MacBrayne is planning to order a new £9m ferry for its Wemyss Bay to Rothesay route. 16-Oct-2003
