Adare Group has sold its Prontaprint and KallKwik chains of 320 design and print centres to a management buy-out backed by Boundary Capital for undisclosed terms. 09-Mar-2007 Adare Group, the printing company with 1,200 staff at 17 sites, has undergone a £120m management buy-out backed by Bank of Scotland Corporate, and its headquarters will relocate from Dublin to Leeds. 29-Mar-2006 Adare Group is to close its Leeds-based Pillings commercial print and direct mail business this month, with the loss of up to 80 jobs. 04-Nov-2005
