Acertec has sold the steel reinforcement operations of its BRC subsidiary and its 50% stake in BRC McMahon Reinforcements to Celsa Steel Service for £25m. 03-Sep-2008 Acertec, the Solihull-based manufacturer of engineered steel products with 950 staff in the Midlands, is to raise £57m in a flotation on Aim this month, in order to fund the partial exit of private equity house Candover. 12-May-2006
