Accantia Group has sold its Lil-lets hygiene products business to a management buy-out backed by Electra Partners for £27m. 02-Jan-2007 Accantia is considering plans to close its hygiene products factory at Alum Rock in Birmingham in July 2007, with the loss of up to 150 jobs. 13-Nov-2006 Accantia is planning to set up a chain of at least 25 health and beauty spa treatment centres, with the first opening in London's Covent Garden this month. 21-Aug-2006
